-Uses an anti-gravity bullet which causes the bullet to float in midair and I proceed to shoot cars,signs and even street lights to push them towards and the bullets that are stuck at them are remote controlled explosives and I do it in order weaken your barrier.

-Then I shoot another sound bullet to create a distraction in order to set a trap.

-He wears ear plugs to reduce the sound bullet's effectiveness to merely annoying-

-One of the orbs split into multiple projectiles and freezes most of the objects in place, but a random car manages to hit the barrier and explodes- 85%

-Another orb forms, and he makes several gestures. The suspended objects begin to glow blue-

-I shot an energy absorbing bullet in where I was hiding in order to absorb your shield.Then I activate a special formation against a telekinesis since I dealt with them before.By shooting four different places I manage to make an anti-kinetic field which prevents any none living thing moving which mean they stay in place and not move at all whether in the air or not with the exception of being my arms due to it connected to my body.

@xtiandg: I ain't the GM, but that sounds OP as fuck to me. :/ I'd ask Edwards Senpai about that stasis field if I was you.

EDIT: Misread; didn't get that you said non-living. Still seems iffy, though, especially if clothes and armor count.

EDIT 2: It seems likely that English isn't his first language.

Using stasis fields on incoming hits is a staple of mine, but I've never used it like that before, so I don't know. You should use better grammar.

Its more like time stop with the exception of living things not being affected. Basically we can't move anything with one exception.If your holding an item then it can move because it's coming from the energy you produce.Basically the only way to move things now is through kinetic energy.And to answer my opponent's question.Yes your in.I shot the four bullets in a square shape field in which covers the whole city.

How high is the field? I can fight in the sky as well, so I need to know.

-I say:You can try but whatever you throw at me whether it's energy or physical it will stop the moment it enters the field.

-By the way remember the explosive I shot that didn't go through your barrier.I wonder if the side-effects are starting to take affect because I'm pretty sure a few smoke pass your barrier with the damage I made.

-Also as long as your above the field then your still affected.

Letting my character form that many orbs is probably not a good idea.

-I laugh saying:It's too late my friend.Had you notice it sooner you could have survive but I guess since more then 10 minutes pass the gas must got in your system as of know.You didn't notice because of the chaos I created with the EMP to distract you with.This special poison doesn't kill you but but paralyzes your opponent and drops you in a coma.I wonder how it's like to have coma under the sea.

-I proceed to walk out of the city and aim my sights on you.

-Feeling sick, he injects himself with an antidote and freezes an area of water into an iceberg for him to land on and recover-

Keep in mind that an exploding car didn't do much damage. There's no way you can insta-kill me unless you used something like a nuke.

-An antidote won't save you from.You don't even know my poison was my personal creation. And even if it prevents your coma it still had a huge affect on your powers my friend.Because you see the poison normally puts people in a coma because of the stress level taking it's toll. But you as a telekinesis I wonder what will happen?

-Then out of the city I activate a teleportation bullet and go away back to my base.

[[spoiler:This is my final move.So please make a conclusion because I tell you know I'm going away for now.

-Falls asleep from the poison-

My character's increased energy output actually makes him metabolise poison faster.
