Unless you are in a shielded area, you can use your implant to call someone else. This involves you apparently talking to air, so I wouldn't advise Kcin doing it now.

I never do OOC grudge stuff. I... don't really ever see the point of that kind of stuff? Using OOC knowledge is easy and THE LAZY WAY TO ROLEPLAY (RHYME). I don't believe I even have a grudge with you? Or anyone for that matter.
