Apostles? So the wretched spawn of Aversa had risen up, and in twice the usual amount. No matter, this simply meant that Malika could now purify the planet at twice the speed she had been doing it before.

Idris, Enoch. You heard Syl. We have a duty to fulfill.

Reaching to her side, she pulled her sword from it and held it in her hand once again. Holding it was comforting for so.done like her, not that she felt any sort of fear towards these apostles. In her mind, she was convinced that those on the Lady's side would win 100% of the Time.

"Apostles, huh?" Mira reached out and summoned her weapon. The air shimmered and reformed into a six foot long spear with a red tassel right below the blade. "I'm game if all of you are." She said.

The Dream — Northstein Sigil Tower

Frigg looked at Lupi. “Lupi, trying to burn this place down while we're inside isn't that good an idea,” she said and waved a hand near her face. “Let's do the sensible thing and follow the cute little animal outside.”
Without waiting for an answer, she did that. When she didn't find the little thing, she started looking around, walking in ever-widening circles, until she chanced on something interesting.

The Dream

Sara gritted her teeth. The Fell Caster in her was irritated that no one paid her any mind. However, the performer in her reminded her that people often didn't pay much attention to the quiet characters unless focus was deliberately drawn to them, especially when something big was going on.

Sighing in disappointment, she decided ham acting would have to suffice for now, and took a deep breath.

"FREE BEER!" She shouted at the top of her lungs, her voice echoing around the room where the other girls were preparing for battle.

"FREE BEER?! WHERE???!!!" Mira's head immediatly snapped in Sara's direction. She seemed to have forgotten that alcohol was what had landed her in a tree that morning, and that she still had a headache from it. Well, that is until it flared up from the yelling and she winced.

The Dream — Northstein Sigil Tower

"Just wanted to see if it'd do anything. Think it's magic-proof- hey, wait!"

Lupi glided after Frigg and plopped onto her shoulder, examining the forest surroundings. "Well, it sure it sparkly here... and warm. Why is it so hot?"

Crescent Peak Temple

"I'm sorry, Taki. I thought that only my familiar would leave, not me," Chiara said. "I'll be careful not to lose you."

The Dream

Chiara's familiar padded through the Dream. It had already run into an interesting cat, who it had had a very difficult staring contest with, before walking off. Now it had found its way to a very odd towerplace, where it spotted Frigg talking with a fairy.

The starry animal turned into a spirit, before recorporating atop Frigg's head, where it settled down.

"Apostle?" Lisha parroted in a whisper. She has not other interest in what they were saying before but the way the group reacted to such a word, plus the word Lisha has before with some form of importance, she couldn't help but notice.

"Yeah, apostle," QTpie said."Remember? You were in class with the priest talking about the threat of a apostles and how were they a threat to the world and blah blah blah? That one class you were supposed to pay attention to?"

"Oh yyyeahhh, that one."

Qtpie rolled her eyes in contempt. "And what I'm guessing is that this are the good guys, the magical girl conglomerate under Eleisa, so maybe you should go forth and say hi?"

"Yeah, probably should," she said as she took a step out of the shadow. Despite her calm facial expression, she was actually nervous to step outside the comfort of the darkness, much less approaching strange, potentially dangerous people she does not know.

And then, Sara appears, spouting something about free beer for some reason, Lisha affirms her doubt and step back into the shadows.

"Well, at least we got 2 birds stoned," she said, looking at the positive side. "Now we know that the apostles have arrived AND Sara is in our sight."

"Aww, man, but I want free beer," the fairy joked.

"But I'm not even old enough to drink."

"Wait, for real? I thought it was 16? Then how old do you have to be to drink?"

"21."

"WHAT THE FU-?" the fairy shouted in disbelief before she was covered by Lisha's hand over her head.

"Shit, did they hear?" The fairy asked, realising what she did. Lisha did not care to check, she jumped to a new location, circling around and further north to the build. It's a bit harder to overhear the conversation from that location but it's still better than nothing.

"Well, now that I have your attention," Sara smiled wryly, "Can I get a quick overview of what's going on?" she asked. "I've managed to infer the situation, but I prefer to check my guesses. From what I've gathered," she began, spreading her arms to indicate the area around them, "magical plane of existence beyond our usual realm," she pointed at the group with one hand and jerked her other hand's thumb towards herself, "magical girls," she held up one hand with two fingers extended, "there are two 'apostles,'" she fingerquoted the word, "by which I assume you mean 'Chaos Apostles,' servants of the Dark One, and now, we have to go see what they're up to, assuming we know where they are. Sound about right?"

Overnl, The Dream

A strange cat thing appeared, meowing for Overnl to leave through the newly formed archway. Lavark, this place is fantastic! Adorable creatures and extremely powerful magics!? It's perfect. She skipped toward the archway, before staring, dumbfounded at the gardens and enormous tower a short distance away. Just got better.... Dreamily, and with a massive smile planted on her face, she continued skipping. Occasionally, she would stop to examine a creature or plant for a moment before continuing on.

Lavark, still draped over his charge's shoulders, eyed the surroundings warily. He said nothing. She's more than able to take care of herself, the serpent thought to himself. But this place...what is it?

The pair made their way to tower just in time to hear the call of free beer. OOOOH! I WANT SOME!

"My lady! You shouldn't drink this early in the day!"

Ignoring the chastisement from Lavark, Overnl summoned her scythe, grabbed hold of the shaft, and flew to what she assumed was the server of the supposedly free beer. Who happened to be Sara. If she noticed any of the other young women in the room, she didn't acknowledge them. Instead, she paid close attention to Sara's words, as did Lavark.

Lavark.

"My lady...did you pay attention to what that young woman spoke of?"

Lavark, I want my beer.

"Overnl, you do understa-"

Yes. Hence the need for that drink.

Lavark, understanding, flew off his mistress's neck over to the young woman assessing the situation. He waited politely for her to finish, though what she said disturbed him. "Miss? Are we too late for the free beverages? If we're to...examine...the aforementioned apostles, my lady requires a drink."

North Crescent Temple

"It's alright. Taki knew where Taki was. Just didn't want you to lose her." The harpy assured after a moment. Skittering over on her talons, she scrutinized the sigil, before looking up towards Chiara "You find Friggy? Maybe she want a sandwich?"

Kanin was briefly tempted to speak up, unsure whether the harpy remembered her and her sandwich or not. The priestess was left shaking her head, as she decided not to ponder Taki's mind.

"Well... now the magical girls are just popping up all over the place," Sara remarked, raising her eyebrows in surprise as the feathered serpent addressed her. "There is no beer. Leastways, I don't have any. I shouted it out because no one noticed me when I tried to make contact the polite way," she smiled in a slyly self-satisfied manner, as if enjoying her own joke.

A smile that faltered momentarily when she took in the large scar and missing digits of the newcomer. She recovered quickly, however, her grin returning as she continued. "I believe the others were preparing to go fight," she stepped further in, close enough to "join" the group.

"Oh!" she added, raising a finger. "Has anyone seen a girl about yea tall," she raised a hand to indicate someone slightly taller than herself, "messy black hair, pale skin, pretty in an 'I used to be a street urchin' kind of way? Very... forward with her advances? She usually has a fairy with her? I lost track of her earlier." She grimaced. "Just a warning, she's one of Parn's servants. She'll probably try to drag you back to the Emperor to swear oaths of allegiance given the chance. But that said, I feel like I need to find her and make sure she gets out of here safely. I'm soft-hearted like that... that and if she gets lost and doesn't come back, Parn would probably blame me, so..." she shrugged. "What's a girl to do, am I right?"

Syl concentrates, looking at the crystal as she tries to make sense of the feeling she is getting... and feeling sorry about ignoring at the moment, the big cadre of Magical Girls visiting the Dream at the same time. Finally she had something to report.

"There are two Chaos Apostles... one I feel is more powerful than any faced before... the other, is of a more common, less powerful breed. The strong one is moving into Rallis... the weak one is far away from civilization... though moving into Eluran territory" Says Syl, waving one hand as suddenly new light can be seen outside the building "There are gates, like the ones that brought you here in both of those lands... I have made the closest to the thread glow... Red for Rallis, Green for Eluran. I am sorry to ask you to do this right as you came to visit... but these horrors must be laid to rest"

There was no way Kate was going to the Red Light. Even with a strong familiar like Scales, she was still a weak magical girl. Still, maybe there was a way to look cool out of this."You guys can take on the powerful one, it seems like they need as many magical girls as they can get. I'll take on the weaker one with Scales, I'm sure we can just handle it with the two of us."

"Not so fast Kate" interrupted Scales, who was the more serious of the two right now. "I think it would be a good idea if at least one other magical girl came with you. We can't underestimate an apostle just because it's the weaker of the two and your lack of experience would make it a good idea to have at least one more magical girl come along."

Well, there goes that attempt of looking like the heroine. Still Scales had a point as much as it annoyed Kate. "I guess one more ally wouldn't hurt. If you want to help the two of us, you might want to get on Scales, he can easily carry both of us. We'll get there quicker since he's a fast flyer!"

As Lisha and QTpie circle around the building, they, or rather QTpie took notice of other magical girls; most notably a dragon, with a dumb bandanna on his neck, that may have a friendly relationship with this blond elf loli.

"You know," the fairy pointed out. "You could make friends with that chick with a dragon there, then we could probably have a chance to ride that thing into battle."

"Yeah," Lisha responded. "An ex-master thief 'subtly' riding on a dragon towards battle with her precious buddies, with the power of friendship, dragon fire and fell."

"I take that as a no, then."

Then, after Sara was done explaining how she obviously not carrying any alcoholic drinks, the fell caster started to describe Lisha and asked if anyone in that room saw Lisha, now both of duo turned their ear to her. It's hard to see Lisha's face when she covers it momentarily but her companion do notice a tinge of rose on her cheeks.

"Something's up?" the fairy asked.

"What the fuck does she mean by pretty in a 'I used to be a street urchin' kind of way?" Lisha started to rant with rapid fire spitfire spitting out of mouth. All in a hush hush tone. "Is that good or bad? And what does she mean by being very advance? I just asking for her name not holler her saying 'Fuck me', nah fuck dat bitch-"the fairy has noted that her human buddy does not seem to mind being called a Parn lapdog."-And yet this bitch wanna find me because she soft-hearted? Is she thirsty or nah? Wh-"

"Ay ay, calm down," as much as QTpie loves to watch Lisha's ghetto rant, she has to interrupt her for something more important. "The bitch with a fancy cloak is talking."

So a strong apostle is heading towards Rallis, a comparatively weaker ones is in Eluran.

"Huh," Lisha muttered, now calmer after she let her air out. "Well, now, all that training will pay off now that chaos apostles appears."

"Yeah, but we can't be at two places at the same time, so we're gonna have to go for Rallis."

"What, why?"

"Have you been to Eluran? Those feys are some of the craziest rachets you'll ever encounter."

"But if we head to Rallis, not only we have to face a stronger opponent but the people might recognize me as a Parn lapdog, these guys can't seem to let go of grudges."

"Well, whatever, we'll just go where Sara is going."

"What?" if Lisha was drinking anything, she would done a spit take. "Why?"

"Synergy, plus that thing about bringing her to court and shit like that."

Lisha rolled her eyes at what her fairy is saying, and yet she couldn't help but agree that it's a sound plan, always handy to have someone, especially if that one is a powerful fell caster, tanks all the hits from the apostle while she goes around and started assassinating them from the shadows one by one. "Alright fine."

"I'll go with you, if you want." Mira directed at the young elf girl. I would've liked to go after the bigger one, but she looks like she needs help. She thought, as she strode over to the girl's side.

The gears in Sara's head were already turning. "If the big one is closer to civilization, we need to make sure it doesn't actually reach it. Anyone here good at limiting movement or taking things on up-close and personal? Lots of armor, maybe a shield?"

The Dream - Somewhere in the Forest

After only a few more minutes of walking, Lupi and her fuzzy fur coat started sticking onto Frigg's shoulder.

"So... hot... why... ...oh."

In a little flash of light, Lupi switched to her golden garb outfit - substantially more breathable than the Northstein gear. "Ahh, better! ...by the way, there's a star kitten on your head. Think it was your friend's...?"

Plopping off of Frigg's shoulder to keep from sweating even more on her, the little pixie buzzed and darted around looking at their surroundings. She was contemplating stating the obvious - that they were lost - before two beams of light shot out into the sky.

"Huh. Shiny. Think we should check them out?" Lupi asked, pointing at the green pillar - seemingly larger and closer to the pair.

The Dream — Somewhere in the Forest

“Ho?” Frigg reached up — taking care not to fling Lupi off her shoulder — and awkwardly petted Chiara's familiar. She walked in silence until the Pixie took off.
“Let's go, then!” After making sure Lupi held on tight — or followed her if that's how she rolled — she broke into a sprint, covering ground with leaps and bounds. “Do you think we'll have to fight?” she shouted to the Pixie.

The Dream - Approaching the Green Pillar

Lupi first opted to fly behind - before Frigg made the first jump. "Whoa, wait-"

Quickly darting, the pixie grabbed onto Frigg's shoulder as the genasi leaped towards the light, holding on for dear life. "Gahh, I don't have the upper body strength for thiiiis!"

The pillar grew more brilliant, more dazzling, more large as the two neared it. Hearing Frigg ask her question, Lupi yelled back, "How should I know, I don't even know where we aaare!

"Wait, I think I see another tower, where the light's coming from!"

Magdalena stood proud on the field, surveying her opponents with a cold, hawk-like gaze as the wind blew through her hair. Her chest heaved under the tight fencing outfit and she gripped the hilt of her wooden sword tightly. Her mind was cleared of all thoughts as she prepared herself, right before she lunged at the man in front of him, striking with the speed of lightning against his armoured torso.

Kate helped Mira up on Scales and then said "Next stop, Apostle!"

Scales ran out of the building with the two magical girls and when he left the door, starting flying and went into the green light.

Desdemona concentrated harder on the location of Aleen's cat. Even though she couldn't see the animal yet, she could see why the Captain had asked for her help. It was apparently a very elusive feline.

Apostle? I have never really tested my powers before,—she sighs deeply—- but if there is no other way. You can count on me. I think I want to go to Rallis, that's my... home after all.
