Actually, it's just a face. On the edit page, it says "Do not change the image. If you do not know who this is, find out. The Marx Brothers article is a click away." This seems ridiculous to me. JAFAAC images can usually be clicked on to take you to the page, and you can "find out" for yourself who the character is and why they might represent the trope, but the image should clearly represent the trope on its own. This is literally just an image of a man with a harmonica, with nothing signifying that he doesn't speak, and there's no reason why this page should be an exception to the rule against JAFAAC images.

Shouko Nishimiya may be a better replacement.

Cute Mute is one of the pages that Eddie admin-fiat'd the image for a long time back, and we're not at a point where changes to any of those images or policies are being discussed...yet. When they are, we'll let everyone know.

With that, declining to open.
