Lately, I've been looking at reader insert stories with a Yandere character. These characters range from normal characters to mentally unstable characters. I have seen repeats on certain characters, but some do make sense in a way. For example, if he cared about anyone or if he fused his obsession with his entitlement attitude, I could see Light being a potential yandere. He won't hesitate to kill anyone he deems a threat and he'll make excuses behind his actions (well, in my opinion). If he developed that kind of attitude for me, I would be legitimately scared of him.

Who would you consider a possible yandere? You can describe him/her with whatever they've done in their series.

Revy, from Black Lagoon.

If not for the manga's sporadic update schedule, I'm sure she would have threatened every member of the main cast by now.

[up] She's more tsundere than legit yandere.

There's a manga called "I'm obsessed with my little bro" which the sister and friend go School Days level yandere in the latest chapter. They debate on how to remove certain parts of him to take with them. The friend suggests that she cut off the soles of the MC and puts them in her shoes so "she can always walked with him".

The overall manga isn't yandere though, just that one chapter (thus far)

Beware... Nuclear Ghandi is coming with his nuke of peace and tranquility
