Fantasy Lands, through the gate

The gate actually exited into an open plain of green grass on top of one of many gentle, rolling hills; just a little ways over was a town also on the hill, but the gate was not technically within the town's limits. There were plenty of people, seemingly player and NPC alike, moving about the town that Epsilon and Johnson could see from here between the buildings. There were very few players outside the town on this hill, but other players could be seen even from here battling random enemy NPCs on other hills. Only two players were actually hanging out near the gate; furthermore, they were paying no attention to the gate or the duo of NPCs, as they seemed to be engrossed in their own conversation.

"So you're saying that if I help out this woman in a cave, you'll give me a pancake recipe... That's the deal?" the first player asked the second. Apparently a mage with a simple body mod to give him elf ears, going by the name of 'Crotch Guzzler'.

"Just come on, help me out here. Come on, let's do this" the second player responded. The second player's model seemed to be Female, but it was a bit hard to tell under the extremely high level demonic armor she was wearing. Her screen name was apparently 'Fün tits'.

"Fine, whatever" Crotch said with some exasperation. The two of them started to walk away, the conversation continuing.

"Hey Crotch, uh, there's like a leg of goat roast, it has sentimental value; could you grab that for me?"

"F#%k off."

"Oh hey, you can have my horse too if you want, uh, Shadowmere; should be around somewhere."

"Awesome, thank you."

"Okay, thanks buddy."

The mage, Crotch Guzzler, kept on walking but Fün Tits stopped and went into the menu navigation idle animation.

So all in all, Epsilon and Johnson were currently ignored.

Ignoring the players, Epsilon immediately began to scan the area for monsters nearby his level to fight. It knew that if it fought monsters, it would be able to gain enough experience points in order to level up and choose the wizard class.

I can still hail the Horde even though the company has shamed us. Strength and Honor even if Blizzard has neither.

Johnson started heading toward an area with level 5 monsters, telling Epsilon, "C'mon, I'll show you some of the spawn areas. We'll start with level 5 enemies if you don't mind- I'd show you enemies your level, but I don't think I'd survive, and I'd rather go a bit longer before my next death. I promise we'll find something stronger as soon as I can handle it. Deal?"

Fantasy Lands, the starting hills

Much like the Final Frontier, (and every zone except the Hub, really) the starting area outside of the nearby town was populated with enemy NPCs with starting levels between 1 and 5. Unlike the Final Frontier though, they weren't all just different variations of the same enemy. Instead there was level 1 giant rats, level 3 kobolds, and level 5 goblins. The rats seemed to be spattered around at random burrows that were difficult to spot at a distance; the goblins and kobolds however mostly stemmed from two respective camps at the bottom of the hill.

There were a number of low, and not so low level players around as well, farming these NPCs. Also nearby was a... Friendly NPC? It seemed to be a random peasant farmer, level 2, just standing out in the open and looking down towards the two camps. Though it was difficult to tell from here what was going on, there appeared to be a number of fights going on down there.
