As a general rule, if there is a page that hasn't been made that you think should be made, you make it yourself. Asking others to do it for you rarely works. However, asking people to help out with what you have created works a lot better.
You seem to be aware of it, but I just want to clarify that we don't trope real people, just, in this case, online personas, as they're basically fictional characters.

The easiest way to start a page is to copy the formatting from another, similar article and edit it appropriately. If this guy is a Caustic Critic, then you'll find plenty of examples that you could crib from. Just remember to Namespace it properly and follow the other guidelines on How to Create a Work's Page.
Oh, and you should definitely not write the article as a form of Complaining about his reviews. If you do that, you will earn a suspension.

Can we make a page for Phylo Films? We made one for Dark Syde Phil,and we made one for Mario Teh Plumber[which needs some editing and adding]. Also,this guy has a You Tube channel where he posts \"in-depth\" game and or movie reviews. They all follo the exact same thing. \"Insert name here SUCKS!!!\" His \"reviews\" are basically just saying that everything in the game,movie,or tv show sucks. I know,I saw his reviews. He even did interviews with fake imitations of actors and actresses,which some people know are not the celeb,and some who are fooled. Most notable are his Doctor Who review,where he basically says everything in it sucks,says the title wrong,and says there\'s no continuity,and his Final Fantasy VII review,which I didn\'t bother watching.
