It's probably Madoka because I haven't seen Danga Ronga yet. The problem here is that I can't find the quote anywhere on the Madoka page and I don't even remember the name of the trope it's subverting. Anyhow, I will be eternally grateful if anyone can find it. I'm preparing for my SAT and even though I can fib the quote if the quote still eludes me once autumn comes, it will be infinitely better with the actual quote than without it.

I am looking for a quote that goes something like "If the world says that hope requires sacrifice then the first thing I do when I have the power to change the world is to destroy that rule/world." I remember that the quote was in one of the examples of a trope, but I can't remember the name of the trope or the name of the work it was in, only that the work was either an anime or a literature work. Oh and the quote was named as a subversion of the trope. Any pointer is appreciated.
