I've been a big fan of A Hate Story for a while and decided to look up its trope page, only to find it didn't have one. I wrote up a page for it, so hopefully it can get a little more exposure.
It's a fantasy webcomic with a pseudo-sprite art style started by Agnar Idsøe back in 2005 as a sequel to his even earlier comic just called Agnar's Comic. A Hate Story follows the Raider, the most notorious villain in the world, along with a mishmash of other heroes, villains, and politicians, many of whom return from the prequel comic, as they're inevitably wrapped up in his conspiracy to destroy civilization.
Agnar's Comic started as a simple comic about tropes in RPG structure, using recolored sprites, Photoshop gradient backgrounds, and no plot at all, and eventually evolved into an elaborate story with a unique world, characters, and an original art style. A Hate Story takes place 1000 years later, in the same world, and with significantly improved art.
