Now, I have to lead with it has 16 wicks, which is actually shockingly healthy. Now, almost none of the wicks have context, so that's an issue.
However, the description is pure Example As Thesis, and not one of the examples has context. Checking the wicks, I'm not positive if the trope is necessarily about the Jailbird, or the Jailbird being used to recruit people for a mission (IE is the trope about the character, or the recruiting mission).
