I read the up to the end of the first chapter so far, it seems alright so far.
Alice is kind of genuinely evil though. I mean presumably loads of people died in that power plant explosion, and she kind of murdered her landlord. And that's just in the prologue.
"But if that happened, Melia might actually be happy. We can't have that." - Handsome RobStarted reading. The art is literally a bit sketchy, but it largely does the job. I appreciate that they allow simply clicking on the image to move forward. It simplifies things for getting through the archive, particularly when panels change size.
I've made it to about half way now. And it's pretty clear how villainous Alice is by this point.

"But if that happened, Melia might actually be happy. We can't have that." - Handsome RobGot to love an audience surrogate character who grows to the point where the whimsical and hilarious misunderstanding which leads to a cold blooded murder can be one of the cutest moments between our villains.
In my opinion Alice was on the slippery slope from the very start, given her role in killing her landlord. I'd have less respect for her if she didn't own that.
I help out on some silly webcomic about mages called morphE.Senpai noticed me in latest update.
I am tickled by the idea of Lemon and Lime going all Jay & Silent Bob on internet shitposters but with guns instead of fists.
I help out on some silly webcomic about mages called morphE.Just got up to the latest posts. Cute series. I really feel for William and his crush.
Good idea: Bringing in specialists to train a police force on how to handle a newly developed super villain threat.
Bad idea: Broadcasting the drills on Youtube (where the villain can see) to convince tax payers that the villain threat is being dealt with.
I help out on some silly webcomic about mages called morphE.Better Idea: train a secret team to deal with the threat while they prepare for your incompetent team.
"But if that happened, Melia might actually be happy. We can't have that." - Handsome RobLooks like they're back at the Villain Convention.
Alexis wrote in the comments "when do you think Alice turned into a villainess". I'd say in direct reaction to being strung up live on (hacked) national television. If not the moment she shrugged off Captain's murder.
I help out on some silly webcomic about mages called morphE.Mild necro, but apparently the comic is close to ending (spoilers in that link and the posted author note below).
So in the end, I never even wrote that line. The one that the whole comic was written for. But it's good to be flexible, and to see where things take you. And I hope that that feeling is still there. Evil Plan's always been about wanting to see the Bad Guy Win.
And what it feels like when he doesn't.
Still going, but I just want to say how much I dig this. Alice confirms Kinesis's demise and seeks revenge and Amazingman is choosing to walk away rather than seek his own revenge. Which, as noted in the comments, might not be the smartest option given Alice is angry, willing to kill, and surrounded by minions who always liked her a bit more than Kinesis.

Website has been down for a day or two...
Smackjeeves in general has been funny.
My posts make considerably more sense read in the voice of John Ratzenberger.I should have thought to look for a Facebook page. Archive link. Apparently, all of their links got switched up.
Evil Plan is a comic on Smackjeeves that updates once a week and has been around since 2007. An engineer named Alice is fired from her job after breaking too many fire codes and needlessly upgrading her employees systems. She is hired by Tal A. Kinesis, a super villain operating in Urbane City.
The comic started as gag-a-day but by chapter 3 it starting building a serious over-arching plot and building a sizable collection of characters and a fairly interesting world setting that is built around the existence of heroes and villains.
For April Fools they tend to do large events such as a 90 page long Homestuck Parody posted over 24 hours and a visual novel detailing the above mentioned Hero Based Economy.
