Different Adaptions, Same Title, Different Pages

I wondered lately what the consensus is on handing different adaptions of the same work in it\'s different page tabs. For example, The Walking Dead refers to a comic, a videogame and a television show, all three vastly different that can have their own Nightmare Fuel, YMMV, and Character pages. Most cartoon shows out there with a long enough run seem to have their own movie these days too.

Often the tabbed pages bunch the different mediums together, and when sequels are even involved it can get a little confusing. Would it be ok to start creating different pages for the different adaptions?

We have plans to do away with this problem in the "TV Tropes 2.0" database redesign. In the meantime, it is acceptable to use alternate article titles to effect a hard split of the subpages.
