I do! Fellow New Zealander here! True blue Wellingtonian/Coromandelite. Where in the south are you?

H.B. WardLol didn't think you would, just a city or something.

What I remember is that TV was really boring and they never played any shows that were vaguely fun to watch. No Buffy The Vampire Slayer or Firefly or anything cool like that. Sometimes on Thursday nights Family Guy and American Dad would play, but I got tired of that eventually. Also, when I did have television, I had only 4 channels.
I would still get broadcasts at this house, but the powers-that-be in charge of television decided to change everything to "digital", forcing me to pay extra for TV or not get TV at all. I chose to not have TV at all.
H.B. WardSo, has anybody else heard something about our dollar "rising" because Australia's been killing itself?

Hello, welcome to New Zealand! Or, rather, a thread where people from it post, so basically the same thing.
Finding other New Zealanders on the Internet is quite rare, because we make up such a small fraction of the world's population. And indeed, people keep mistaking us for our greater-known cousins.
So yeah, there's a landmass with rare flightless birds, giant mountains, and rare parrots on it. Does anybody else live here?
