Arashi shoots Reika rather than allow her to leave with Fiona's body to do research and cheat death. They rescue her. And someone else is bankrolling Lady Dire and Reika. And a... naked lady says that she's waiting for Arashi.
From what I understood with the cliffhanger, Ryu is now in physical form and not some kind of spirit advisor...
