Basically, in this story some people are born with a certain "super gene" that grants them various opwers, telekinesis, cryokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. The two main characters are twin brothers with telekinesis and telepathy-like empathy. Baaically Richard, the bullied twin goes on to be tested in a lab and trained to use hatred to use his powes. His brother, Peter, on the other hand, is trained by a fellow telekinetic. By the end of the story, after numerous more tragedies, ichard is rampaging destroying New York so Peter has to battle him. Part 2 sees Peter and Richard now as adults, trying to lead their people as best they could, still adverseries and with Richard preaching superiority and lack of trust in humas, while Peter hopes for understanding.
