Elder Tale -Alea Iacta Est-

Keiran stared bemusedly at crazy fox tailed lady, who obviously was happy with the whole stuck-in-a-game thing. Or maybe the free immortality angle. Hoping for some sanity, he turned his attention to the others in the cathedral.

"I knew this game was going to take over my life," Keiran said to himself, "but I didn't expect it quite so literally."

Keiran looked over the others gathered, and decided to stick around the few showing some concern about the situation. He didn't really want to get trapped in his friend's game. What if she rebooted her tower, would he be mind-wiped?

Maybe they could try contacting an admin or a help-desk. Elder Tale had that right? The moment Keiran wondered how you sent a message, a transparent menu appeared in the air before him. He discretely tried to swipe it away but that only seem to register as selecting something. After a couple of further waves he gave up and decided to just look through the "Equipment Selection Menu".

Which promptly removed the menu.

"So, besides virtual immortality, what else is happening?"

Raising an eyebrow at Anir's rather dramatic declaration, Emrys commented, "That may not be the best quote to mark a new era, but I'll be damned if it doesn't fit. Definitely eloquent enough to preserve at least." Then turning to the newly resurrected player, "Not much else really, I was hoping to get together people in case death was a thing but since it isn't..." he shrugged, "there isn't much else to really discuss other than hopefully keeping people calm and avoiding mass panics. And after that, I suppose I'd best collect information and continue chronicling."

"Meatshield...?" Anir stared quizzically at her new companion for a beat before the pieces clicked in her brain. "Oh! Right, uhhhhh... I kinda forgot?" she explained sheepishly, "Sorry! Don't think he was in there anyway. I'll just give him a call now, then." Scrolling through her recently-expanded Friend List, she selected Crim and waited restlessly as the metaphorical telepathy-phone dialed. C'mon, you elusive bastard, pick up! You're holding up my magic testing, here!
