Yay discussion :D First post will be up in a bit.
i think i mostly want to see what happens when this whole place breaks apartAlright, posting rules.
I know no double posting, but is there a limit as to how much time or how many posts from others you have to have before you posts again?
I'd prefer you wait for 2 or 3 other people to post before you post again.
Nothing really strict about posting rules other than that thooooo~
Don't forget the whole "no sentence posts" thing too. Gotta have a couple paragraphs.
Gawd, writing in present tense is gonna kill me. :U
(yes i know i dont have to but im doing it anyway)
i think i mostly want to see what happens when this whole place breaks apartI guess I'm kind of used to it because of the Arena. Heck, most of my Ready, Aim, Fire round was in present tense, I think.
Also, I have a habit of including only a single sentence in one paragraph to draw emphasis to it. If I have only one for a character in my post (e.g., some comedic response or what have you), would that go against the rules?
I think he did say he'd make exceptions for dialogue and such, yeah. I forget, is that correct Mancy?
And yeah, in the arena and other such forum games I tend to either use *these thingies* for action, or >this thingy for commands, both of which are different from actual narrative of course, so this is pretty different for me.
Also..... I had something else to say but I forgot.
i think i mostly want to see what happens when this whole place breaks apartEh as long as you don't make a sentence post that is ONLY a single sentence...
-Glares at Micool-
Or sandwich post
-GLARES AT MICOOL-
You should be fine.
What if two characters are having a conversation and no one else is involved, though?
i think i mostly want to see what happens when this whole place breaks apartSingle. Sentence. Posts. Are. Bad.
Ok...
i think i mostly want to see what happens when this whole place breaks apartSometimes it seems like a single sentence is all there is to be said. I can't exactly go into Scenery Porn when you control the goddamn scenery.
Also, dialogue is not an exception to the rules. Got it.
Finally, a couple of questions: How much of a Killer Game Master are you going to be? How much warning will we get if our actions are likely to get our characters killed, and how likely is that?
And if our characters do die, what then? Can we bring in someone else, or...?

"We can handle what is true, for we are already living it."What kind of enemies will be fought? And what's gonna happen to V? Go solo commando?
Foolish donkey, you would not be able to resist me if I wished your annihilation.Well don't expect reality itself crashing down on you anytime soon. Expect monsters related to the Hydra and Entity in some way. Hydra will usually roar some insults into your ear if you do something that pisses it off. (Which is bad Mmmmkay?) Aaaaaand if your characters die they'll just get booted out. No coming back through the gateseal then.
Would we be able to bring other characters in if ours die?
Micool already asked it but its a good question so I shall repeat.
i think i mostly want to see what happens when this whole place breaks apartEr...
Nope!
aw boooo
i think i mostly want to see what happens when this whole place breaks apartThanks for accepting my woefully late reply.
So - how do I deposit my characters into this developing situation?
I stopped listening after you said "We need a plan."Eh, they could either enter in through the gateseal, or possibly this World thingy sends them in directly.
Probably just have the gateseal deposit them in the same place as the other characters.
i think i mostly want to see what happens when this whole place breaks apartSo, what's our rule on autohits here?
I stopped listening after you said "We need a plan."Against another player character, I assume they're the same as they'd be in any other RP: Wait for the opponent to confirm whether they were hit or not.
For these NPC's though, Mancy said we can control 'em so *shrug*
i think i mostly want to see what happens when this whole place breaks apartOn NPC enemies go wild. PC enemies and foes that I say that only I control (AKA bosses and such) no auto-hittin.
So ummm what is this?
Oh buncha dudes going into Entity (Now Hydra's realm due to Hydra eating Entity) realm and...well getting forced to do what Hydra wants.
...except not all of them are heroes.
This here be the discussion thread for my RP!
