Searching for an old Disney Zombie Fanfic

A few years ago, I came across a very elaborate, multi-chapter fanfic that involved Disney characters from multiple universes trying to survive a zombie apocalypse. I didn't read through the whole thing or any specific passages, so the details were muddy for me. Here's the few things I could remember:

• It was dark. Not outragously Grimdark, at least from what I remember.
• It was on a site that wasn't a major fanfiction archive
• It featured a few feral animal characters, and the ending was a universe reboot of some kind that set everything right

This story's probably lost to the sands of time, but does this ring a few bells to anyone? If not, does anyone know stories similar to this?
