My story follows a writer who is being told a story by a man (in his early-mid 30's) who has Huntington's Disease (it's not revealed until much later in the story, but it explains some of the his actions during the time he is telling the story about)

The writer visit the man a couple times over the course of a couple years (2-3 at the most) and it's shown how he deteriorates over time. (I was planning on having some foreshadowing to his disease before the reveal, so I've also been trying to think of ways to do it subtly)

He had started to have some difficulty walking within the last couple of years before these interviews but I'm trying to figure out exactly how fast he would have realistically deteriorated.

I'd also appreciate finding some good resources on Huntingtons. Thanks :)
