Does anyone here identify the teams in this image?

Ok I'm sure many of you here have seen that photo of a soccer player (in red with blue details) kicking another player (in a green and white striped shirt with green shorts) in the crotch at least once.

What match in the history of soccer spawned this image? Every time I do a reverse image search no specific match was given.

You might wanna ask that in the Beautiful Thread for the Beautiful Game.

I don't know what teams they are, sadly. I suspect one of them is Eastern European, but that's about it.
