It's the brainchild of someone looking at Alucard and thinking "Now how can I make this dude silly? I know! I'll turn him into a whale!" And thus Whalecard was drawn.

Kage, this might be a good time for your spirit thing to go hog wild. Not directly attacking people, more like setting fires and letting loose animals and causing general chaos. Multiple problems will give different people something to do, make them get creative. You also might want to make some kind of decision about what Meta is going to do now. Maybe have him help Kharn with the one nibbling on his arm.

I'm also pretty sure everyone else is standing in the same general area, so feel free to talk and junk. The Twins and Chibi can bond over kid stuff like playing and toys and fighting/being pure evil.
