Elemental Girls - Cyberpunk Fantasy RP

"So you're officially on the council, then?" Mercury asked, leaning forward. "I'm not entirely inclined towards taking sides so soon, but tell me, why do you want to be part of the Council?"

Palace

"You're not part of the council? But didn't you get assigned to help Gywn like me?" Xu seemed to be in thought for a moment. She was trying to think of a way to answer Mercury. "Well...anyway, its because the council helps people and that's what I wanna do."

Asteria's Room

"I just opened up completely to her and she put things inside of me, Chloe. Big things. You'd be surprised." Asteria said, in a bored tone.

Dislike was an understatement, Asteria loathed Chloe's presence. Thank whatever deities resided in this world that the two hadn't teamed up yet.

"I said I'd accept their hospitality, but as I understand it we always have the right to rescind our membership, right?" Mercury replied. "I want to know all the sides of this before I make a decision. At some point I'll no doubt run into the rebels, and from there I'll maybe spend some time asking about their outlook and rhetoric and stuff. They deserve a fair chance as well." She leaned back in her chair. "So, you said they help people—what exactly do they do? Do they have a list of duties or anything?"

"Well...they make sure us Elementals are taken care of. They give us homes and stuff. And we go out and fight monsters and stuff that humans can't. Oh and...we try to bring in other Elementals..."She began to get a bit somber on the last part as if remembering something she didn't want to.

"You began to get somber on that last part." Mercury pointed out. "As if you were remembering something you didn't want to. But I understand, you don't want to talk about it. And, you know, if we just go out and stop obvious direct threats, this sounds like a good deal. We're obviously stronger than normal humans, and at least in my case I'm a solid blunt instrument for when they need to bring that much force to bear. It probably saves the city money, too, which is nice. What would there be to rebel against, here?"

Castle

"Her Majesty is ready for you, Milady." The butler led Cereza and the other girls up to the throne room, opening up the large guided doors, up to the grand throne of the Queen. She was currently sitting on the throne upside-down, her feet sticking up in the air as she wiggled her toes. Her blonde adviser was nervously fawning over her.

"M-Milady! You are revealing far too much of yourself! I really would suggest you sit in your throne the normal way!"

"But this is the much more fun way!" She looked down to see the girls entering. "Ah! Cereza, dear~ Come give mommy a kiss. I heard that you've been a very naughty girl recently..."

The three girls who would be sent up to the mountains to fight their way through the harpy colony and find this so-called treasure would find themselves trekking up the base of the mountain. It was dead silent, except for the distant caws of Harpies echoing through the mountains. They were greeted with a wall that would need scaling, if they wanted to find cave entrances.

In the Entertainment District, everything was bustling. Most of the civilians hadn't even noticed that anything was wrong, like them being trapped in the district, or that it was eternally night. They just seemed too lost in their revel. There would be a couple places of note, including Lady Luck's Casino, Dance Zone, the largest club in the world, and Project Fun, the ultimate amusement park and casino. There would probably be workers worth questioning, trying to probe info. The Elemental Girls that were suspect of the crime of kidnapping Milk and creating the eternal night would be considered celebrities in these places, so pretty much anyone would know about them.

Throne Room

Cereza looked down as her mother mentioned the little... Events. "H-hello mother..."

Normally her mother's odd antics made her at least giggle, but it was not happy to be reminded of her screw up.

Harpy Mountain

The journey to the mountain was a near silent one for Dawn, as she found herself talking to her companions even less than usual. It wasn't out of disrespect or rudeness, but because of old habits. She was so used to being alone out in the wilderness that she sometimes forgot about the other girls entirely. On the way, she had repeatedly gone ahead of Beryllium and Osmium, and then impatiently waited for them to catch up.

At the mountain's base, Dawn looked up at the rock wall, and then created a square platform big enough to stand on. She looked back at the other two Elemental girls. "Need any help climbing up?" Dawn asked.

Throne Room

..So that's the queen. Gwyn thought to herself as she took a moment to inspect her highness' figure. I can see where Cereza gets hers. She thought with a bemused smirk before she saw Cereza's pained expression. "Your highness, was there something you wanted from us..?" She asked, stepping forward and kneeling.

Festival

Antonia pulled up in her sedan, right at the edge of the district, which she determined by the fact that parking was still available on this street. She dropped a few quarters in the meter, then placed her hand on it and cranked the timeLeft variable up to six hours. Plenty of time to get in, arrange something with the terrorists, and get out. She held up a hand, and transformed, emerging from the cloud of Silicon armored and armed and ready to enter the Entertainment district. Hopefully the terrorists were competent enough to have hacked the CCTV's and would see her as she headed in.

Harpy Mountain

Ossa looked up at the wall, then nodded to Dawn. "Thanks," she said, stepping gingerly onto the platform. It made her feet tingle slightly unpleasantly, but didn't seem to affect her all that much otherwise. "I could probably climb it, but we'd be here all afternoon if I did."

Festival

Naomi pulled down her sunglasses as she walked into the eternal night zone. Let's see if I were a primmadonna criminal who sent my demands to a large organization in music video form where would I be?

The blonde looked around at the possible options before settling on the Casino. Right on top of all the money of course. She thought to herself. Naomi made her way through the crowd which parted with surprising easy, though the shoulder checks the blonde doled out might have had something to do with it. Once inside the hotel the firey woman stopped at the front desk, caught the attention of one of the workers and did her best to look meek. "U-Um....Hi. I was told to come here by this really hot blonde girl. I-I think she might have been famous or something. Is th-there anyone like that here? I brought flowers and everything."She looked over to the side in feigned shyness.

Palace

That...was the queen? Xu honetly didn't know what to expect with western royalty but this was certainly something new. Was this how people in the west usually went about things? At any rate its best to be polite. Xu bowed deeply for her. "Good morning your majesty."
