Is there a trope for when female characters randomly "solve the case" with obscure knowledge about "girly things?"

Example: On the cop/crime procedural shows, there might be a lady CSI who walks into a room and says "I smell [brand] perfume."

Or perhaps, there is a cigarette butt at a crime scene, with lipstick on it. The CSI will take one look and say "Oh, that's 'Do It To Me Red' by Meybeleme. The same shade that Ms. Jones was wearing earlier."

Sara Sidle did this once (the lipstick one; though I couldn't find the real quote). This is different from a "Chekov's Skill", or "This is a job for Aquaman," since there is NO reason to think that the character would have known that particular piece of information. In the CSI episode I'm thinking of, the characters looked on with surprise, since she's a total tomboy, and she said something like "What? I am a girl after all."

There was also a CSI Miami where Calleigh immediately stated, with total confidence, that a murder victim was "definitely not from Miami" because she was wearing pantyhose. Apparently, women from Miami never wear pantyhose under any circumstances.
