I would like to propose that due to the length of the series, everything up to the most recent arc is to be unspoiled. So at minimum end of Fishman Island arc and at most before they read Dressrosa depending on how you want to slice that up.
My reason is we have too many spoilers going on various pages stopping at different points and eras.
This same idea is used frequently for book series and television shows.
