I think they're fantastic

I find it amusing how people are wondering why they didn't announce Estival Versus instead. You know, which isn't even out in Japan yet.

As if they'd skip an entry. Puzzling enough people were hoping they'd skip Burst for Shinovi Versus as well.

That tends to happen when a series has a divided fanbase.

I agree with that. I decided to at the very least change Dougen's, since I was going to update his picture anyway.

I think the best thing of that blog is that we get to see of Mirai's background. Dunno, she has probably one of simplistic background of the original 10, but that's why I want to see more of it.

On other notes, I just found out that Neptunia has a character based on Marvelous AQL who is a living and breathing nod to Senran Kagura all around. Sort of weird.

Ironically, Marvy isn't playable on the Neptunia Kagura developed by Tamsoft. Marvy also shares japanese VA with Asuka. In fact, is kind of wierd for me to play Neptunia with japanese voice track, I keep hearing the Senran.

Ikaruga and Homura being sisters is amusing as hell though.

As I suspected, the super forms are ninpos and no full characters, plenty of great visuals and graphics but still lacks the "spark" from SK 2.

Few small details to point out:

• Yomi's greatsword seems to have kept its mechanical upgrades from 2.
• Mirai has that miniature plane from the anime.
• Yozakura now has some crazy armor in one of her ninpos.
• Katsuragi's mechanical greaves present, can also see that she does has regular spurs on them.
• Correct if I'm wrong, but mooks seems to have different themes. Like the big shinobi can have ram costume.
• I like SV version of Haruka's robot the most. Current coloration looks bit weird.
• Frenzy Hikage is now even creepier, holy crap.

Just a bit more info on the DoDXSK collaboration. The costume set will be out next week. The actual content is still unknown but we know which characters will get costumes. Miyabi crossdressing costume deconfirmed.

The costume pack will be for all versions available, but the C Lothing Damage only applies to PS4 and XOne

Those look suprisingly nice.

Now, I'm not that knowledgeable on DOA but, there's a character who could get Daidouji's outfit?

And back on track with Yagyuu. Which comes with the hairstyle, it seems. So far it seems that some costumes come with the hairstyle and some don't. Unless the hairstyle is something separate.

I'd guess that the hairstyle is part of the costume. DOA customization isn't as deep like Versus or Deep Crimson from the little I've seen.
