The interaction between them is at least illustrating the "flirty" half of the trope, and I don't think the image is misleading. There's no way that I can see to cover the "stepsibling" half of the trope other than explanatory text (unless another flowchart would be preferable), and I don't think it makes much difference whether that text comes from the image itself or the caption.

It's not misleading, which means it's not an instant pull. There is some interaction going on, which means it's not JAFAAC. Therefore, I vote Keep Until Better Image Suggested. Just like last time this thread came up.
