This isn't "I Know You Know".
This is like, somebody knows something, and they're keeping it a secret. At the same time, the person they're keeping it secret from knows, and they're keeping it a secret... or something.
It's like, "Luke, I confess I am your father" then the kid goes "What, you knew that already?" What's that trope called?
