Image works fine. It is clearly a parody of a character everybody on the planet is aware of.

If you're unfamiliar with the comics, then the image doesn't mean anything. It seems that the essence isn't conveyed without the "Don Rosa" text underneath. I honestly can't think of a good way to illustrate this.
