Well, your problem could be looking on Youtube for them. There was a fairly well documented insane purge that went on there recently across the whole gaming video spectrum, going after fan-vid makers on extremely dubious copyright grounds. For details of that look up Angry Joe Show's and the Jimquisition's take on that whole stuffed up saga.
Try Dailymotion and sites like it.

I've been wondering where to host my vids if I end up getting some of them completed enough for public viewing/commentary/critique. Would Dailymotion be a good place? I really haven't any experience with sites other than You Tube and Blip.tv (and animemusicvideos, but it's been a while and my vids aren't anime this time).

I liked Saints Row III more - it felt more polished, less glitchy. But I enjoyed IV immensely. It's really a high point for the series depending on who you ask. Continuity Porn on every floor.

A couple weeks ago I played Saints Row IV for the first time and was instantly hooked. It is, quite literally, the most moment-by-moment fun I have ever had in a video game. (Now I'm playing through Saints Row III, which has become an exercise in wishing it were more like its sequel.)
I made music videos back in college (over a decade ago), using the freebie software of the day, and now this game has revitalized my love of doing that, so I'm at it again. But it surprised me to hunt for SRIV music videos on You Tube and find basically nothing.
Is there a reason there aren't really any SRIV fanvids on You Tube (e.g. is the company strict about the use of their work), or is it just that I'm using the wrong search terms, or what's going on? Can anyone point out some fanvids for this game, on You Tube or elsewhere, so I can get an idea of what's been done before? I can't be one of the first few to do this; it is inconceivable that a game this good, this good-looking, doesn't have fan homage by now.
