There is a new TV series called "Resurrection" that just came out on ABC on Sunday and it stars Omar Epps and so far, it seems that the premise of this show is about people who were dead suddenly coming back to life!

So far, I'm really enjoying the premise of this show and I can't wait to see what more will happen with this show!

I was hoping they'd wait a while before they brought in the government, but according to the preview at the end of the episodes, they're gonna be brought in pretty fast... I wonder how many are coming back after the three.

I agree, bringing in the government would have made a great finale for the season, but I guess we'll see where they are going with this.

I'm not sure about it. While it has a nice premise, the episode didn't hook me. It didn't capture my feelings to care about what was going to happen to these characters. It felt like something was missing.

Also, so far, it can't write a child character at all. Maybe it'll turn out the kid's odd behavior is from the resurrection or something, but he doesn't act like a child at all. He does CHILD LIKE things, but he isn't acting like a child. Like that scene where he runs off when the police show up at the house. Where is he running to? To get his G.I Joe figure from some random tree for some reason?

Why? That isn't logical for a kid to do at all. "Oh. Hey. The Police are here. I guess I'll go run off into the woods and ignore their frantic and panicked calls of my name to get my action figure that will subsequently never be mentioned after this scene or be of any import."

No. This is why I HATE kids in TV or movies (that aren't aimed at kids) or video games. People just don't seem to write kids in a convincing manner. Kids are far smarter than writers seem to give them credit for. Kids may not understand why all the time, but they do sense feelings and tones and emotions very well. They know when something is wrong or when someone is angry or whatever, they may not know why that is, but they tend to know when something is up.

This show hit every pothole here, but I suppose it is a pilot and it has time to recover. I just hope he never becomes as bad as Henry in OUAT or the kid in ME 3.

I'll have to see where this goes.

I'm a critical person but I'm a nice guy when you get to know me. Now, I should be writing.

I thought the commercials looked really cheesy.

I agree with this. Sometimes the problems I have with some shows is that sometimes they would portray the children wrong and I actually would have thought that the young boy in this pilot was going to panic about the situation he was in. It just seems kind of odd that he is just too calm about the changes that happened around him. Hopefully, this would be covered in the next episode.

Hmmm...not a lot of activity with this show's forum. Anyway, how did anyone feel about the season finale for this?

I felt that the season finale was way more interesting than the previous episodes and I can't wait to see what will happen in season 2!

Damn, I want to watch this show but I heard it's already heading into it's season finale. Is there anyplace I can catch up?

I think the ABC website is posting the episodes, although I haven't really checked through that site to find out.
