Where do I appeal a locked entry?

I've found an entry on Adventure Time that I disagree with. I've already checked on the discussion page and gotten some support for a change there. However, I can't just edit the the entry because the page is locked. This leads to my question; where can I go to appeal the entry so a mod can change it?

Right above you in this very forum is a thread titled "Edit Requests for Locked Pages". There is a similar thread in Wiki Talk for requesting unlocks.

That said, apparently there is some kind of long-running Edit War over the character Lemongrab that continues to attract the most vile kind of imbecility and we've had it.
