It's much better than I thought it'd be

I argue that Clarence and Gumball are the only two shows on Cartoon Network that are actually good. Adventure Time is alright, it just seems that it would have a bit of massive plot development, and then a bunch of filler episodes until the next one.

Yeah... These commercials aren't trustworthy (at least, IMHO)... I still like this show more than Sanjay And Craig, though.

I just hope they don't delve into stupidity too much like that going forward, either (that promo for "Puddle Eyes" has me worried.).

Thanks for reminding me that I have to update the S&C thread tonight due to watching the latest episode.

Oh, it's a great show (currently my favorite on Cartoon Network), and right now, I wouldn't worry too much about the show delving into outright stupidity, since Clarence himself is a very weird kid in-universe. It'll probably turn out no worse than "Honk" (my least-favorite episode so far, but it still has its moments), but we'll have to wait until this Thursday to find out.

Cartoon Network renews Clarence (among others) for new season

I'm kinda surprised it's happening after that whole debacle with its creator.

That's some good news alongside Steven Universe getting further renewal... For now.

Jeff is such an ass(hole) sometimes, so we're agreed on that (and how much he sucks sometimes, compared to Clarence, too.).

No matter how messed up things can get behind the scenes, ya just can't keep a good show down.

You know, I didn't see how people felt uncomfortable with Puddle Eyes in light of Skyler Page's meltdown, and today I watched the episode again, and pretty much without sound at the part where Jeff has to chase a shirtless Clarence around the school and YIKES, without the proper context of the episode, that scene seems less like a comedy chase scene and more a cry for help from the crew, even the real Jeff.

(Yeah, Jeff's based on a real person, I think that's why he acts about 10-15 years older than he is)
