@dms Uhh…that movie's great (though I will agree that it does rank third of the noms that year). I imagine the number of animated films that came out that year was also limited too. Only three nominees total (and the other two movies are tough to compete with too).

I was actually gonna start looking up songs from the Jimmy Neutron soundtrack tonight funny enough. Haha.

I'm really enjoying these Paramount Mountain Ads and I was surprised to see Arnold in the latest one. I do hope that The Angry Beavers make an appearance in those ads soon.

I love animation, TV, movies, YOU NAME IT!

For those who might be wondering about certain Avatar specials I listed, Series Premiere is The Boy in the Iceberg and The Avatar Returns broadcast together; The Fury of Aang is The Library and The Desert; Secret of the Fire Nation is The Serpent's Pass and The Drill and Book Two Finale is The Guru and The Crossroads of Destiny. While both parts of Winter Solstice were broadcast separately, I still count them as a two-parter.

The question was asked on the Avatar thread, so that's why I mention it here too.

Well that's a nice confirmation Nickelodeon is worthless as a channel outside the USA lol. I like that they just admited it.

You think they’ll make another season of Big Nate? Or Monster Prom? Or whatever isn’t Loud House or SpongeBob?

[up][up] Hasn't Big Nate been doing well?

At the very least, Rock Paper Scissors might get another season since that one has apparently been doing good.

Anyone remember the time Frank Zappa appeared in a Nickelodeon show in the 1980s?

Anyone remember Livewire (one of Nickelodeon's more popular shows pre-1986)?

I’ve learned that the 2011 Nickelodeon movie Rango starring Johnny Depp is gonna be on 4K Blu-Ray this summer. Here’s the Amazon link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CX537DN5/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&th=1&linkCode=sl1&tag=sec2002-20

I always forget Rango is a Nickelodeon movie..it's so different tonally than say Barnyard or Jimmy Neutron. Although that's probably because Nick only distributed it and ILM were the ones who made it (which explains why Rango never got a TV series like the 2 movies I just mentioned)

Speaking of that, I guess that Wonder Park TV series is pretty much dead, but with how poorly that movie did I'm not surprised.

While I know its a good movie, I have never actually sat down and watched Rango. If anything I really dont like it at all. I have more love for the Barnyard which is a SURPRISINGLY good movie.

To be fair I never sat down and watched it, its just the animation downgrade is too big for me.
