To write a mystery regarding offenses like murder, what needs to be known first and foremost?

I've made some conclusions.

First, the crime and HOW it was committed in GREAT detail.

Secondly, where all the evidence is found.

Thirdly, motive is foreshadowed in some way.

Fourthly, somebody's being falsely accused.

Fifthly and finally, testimonies and their order and content.

Anything else, guys?
