I really need to alter knowledge-girl.

So Contracts can freely be summoned and walk around to talk with their Contractors? Or can they also communicate within the Contractor's mind?

RP is up.

They can communicate mentally (although that can be temporarily shut off by either party). Summoning them and not having them use their power...isn't something that can be done full-time (especially with larger or more powerful contracted beings), but them going back while the contractor's asleep is generally enough to make up for the energy consumption. It's only when they're doing stuff that they're really draining.

I think it'd be funny if there was, like, a "partial-summoning", where they summon a little chibi version of their partner that can't do anything, but still interact with other people.

The thought of Chibi!Hephaestus amuses me to no end.

Your post makes no sense. No-one would employ someone still at school (let alone a world leader from a foreign country) to create weaponry, and there is no way that a student would have a secret workshop beneath the school. The robot's kinda weird, but it pales before the sheer stupidity that is a top-secret workshop where the guy clandestinely makes weaponry. :|

he makes the weapons for the Security Team. he was talking about the President of said security team. this make more sense now? and it is well established that automatons are within the crafting abilities of hephaestus, especially tiny ones.

Why is there a secret workshop cave? I...don't remember anything like that in the profile.

i never said it was secret! that's the clubroom for the Artifact Club, cuz sometimes things explode, so they put it really far underground so there was less risk.mdoes that make some more sense?

I think I must have misinterpreted what you meant by artifact club.

did you think i meant those who study already existibg artifacts? they do some of that too, but their main focus is creating their own artifacts. sorry if that wasn't clear.

you get something wrong when making an artifact, bad things can happen, not the least of which are explosions.

I have a question for everyone: what timezone do you live in, so I can know when's the best time to be on?

It's getting close to bed time for some people in the RP, some people should probably be waking up in a few hours and it's the middle of the afternoon for at least one person, so...that kind of question doesn't really work that well.
