-Year 2186-

-In the reaches of Terminus space, the Omega Nebula to be picky about it, pirates are attacking an seemingly normal Cargo Transport ship, inside, the crew are not dressed in normal civilian gear, oh no, these guys are anything but. They are what you would call, "Varrens of War", Mercenaries from all walks of life in the Galaxy, and most of them don't take to kindly to being attacked by pirates, explicitly the captain, a gentlemen in medium weight armor, holding on to the copilot seat as the pilot is making wild maneuvers to evade the Pirate scum. This mans name is Maxwell Conner, but everyone calls him Max, and so, we begin the wonderful journey of nameless ship and its rag tag bunch of mercs and aliens-

"Everyone! GET IN POSITIONS!, SOMEONE GET THE GUNS READY FOR A COUNTER ATTACK! Oi lad, give me a cup of coffee asap!"

-The pirate ship is firing down at the improvised cargo ship, the shields are holding up for now-

"Lets try to stop in Omega in one piece!"

Kerrl looked down at his shotgun and smiled. It was a trusty, reliable thing that had seen him through many a fight. He didn't have very much ammo for it, but he didn't particularly care: he was a biotic and a krogan. He could headbutt through his enemies or throw them into a bulkhead.

"They have made a grave error. Perhaps I will have to teach them a lesson."

Kerrl checked that his shotgun had a thermal clip and waited, ready for a foolish pirate to try their luck.

-The ship suddenly feels a big jolt, stopping at once, Max looked down at the holograms-

"Well shit...they turned the engines off, the bastards."

-Max gets up off his chair, he pulls out his sub machine gun and turns on his power armor, he rings out on his headset for the entire ship-

"Prepare to be boarded! Incoming frigate coming in close to us! Kerri, get some of the men up and ready to go!"

-Max runs toward the main deck-

Rennor draws his own shotgun, holding it at the ready.

"You and me both, Kerrl. Gimme a sec, I'll catch up..."

He started typing on his omnitool. A combat drone appeared next to the two of them.

"Alright. You ready for this, Boo?" The drone chirped. It sounded vaguely affirmative.

"Right. We're ready. "

"Aye," Kerrl says as he turns to the crewmen near him. "Get a weapon and follow me."

Kerrl, unsure of where to go, follows Max to the main deck. He uses his biotics to give himself a barrier as he walks up to Max. Kerrl pauses for a few seconds, then turns around and walks to Rennor.

"Have you ever been on a ship that's being boarded?"

-The pirate frigate attaches to the old ship, the airlock is forced open, and a good 15 man boarding party enters the ship on the deck-

"ALRIGHT MAGGOTS! DOWN ON THE FLOOR! LETS G-"

-The pirate was cut off mid sentence by a Biotic Push, plastering him to the wall, Max grins-

"Ai lad, I think not...ATTACK!"

Have fun dealing with pirates guys be back tomorrow :P

Mister Wellington is currently re-adjusting his hat, as the jolt nearly knocked it off his ill-fitted head.

"NYAH! Stop talking! There is work we must be doing!"

Kerrl turns away from Rennor and looks at the pirates. His question would have to be answered later. He can remember being one of the Blood Pack all those years ago. He never had dealt with being boarded, though.

Kerrl charges at the first pirate he sees, sending him flying back into the airlock. He roars and takes a few shots at the rest of the pirates, then starts backing up.

"Well, I have now!"

Rennor reached for a grenade for a split second. No, that wouldn't work, Kerrl's over there. Time for plan B. He dove behind cover and looked over at Boo, who was just floating there.

"Go for the eyes, Boo! Go for the eyes!"

There was an affirmative beep from the drone as it hovered to the pirates and just... just started zapping the fuck out of one.

Mister Wellington thinks any man who takes cover against such riff-raff are craven, so he's deals with this Rambo-style.

Which is to say, he stands and fires his assault rifle right in the pirates' collective faces.

"RAGH!"

Vittoria quickly exits the mess and hurries down to the armory, putting on her armor and picking up her Widow/Paladin, before taking up a rearguard position.

Kerrl empties his clip into another pirate, turning him into a bullet-riddled mess. He sees a pirate running towards him with a sword in his hand. Kerrl laughs at the pirate's idiocy and clubs him with his shotgun. The pirate falls and Kerrl whacks him until he moves no more. When Kerrl looks up, he sees a grenade flying towards him.

Kerrl may be a krogan, but he isn't stupid. He turns around and dives away from the grenade as it goes off.

Vittoria draws her Paladin and opens fire with it, hoping to hit a few pirates.

-The pirates are being pushed back, some of the nameless crew is helping to fight them back, engineering is trying to get the engines started again, Max is behind a table ,shooting is wide spreads at the pirates-

"Well lads and lasses, counteroffensive! Kerrl, Wellington lets go; Ren and Vittoria, give us cover! Move up!"

-Max charges up from the left, a pirate starts firing on him-

Yea i can stay around for a bit

"Yessir!"

Rennor leaned out of cover, aiming his shotgun in the general vicinity of the pirates.

BAM! One down. BAM! Two down.

Kerrl roars in assent as he stands back up. He puts another thermal clip into his shotgun, and stretches his neck, ready to fight. Kerrl takes a pot shot at the pirates, but he doesn't hit anyone. He can feel his anger rising as he runs alongside Max.

His patience is wearing thin, and he charges a pirate, driving him into the wall. The pirate screams for half a second, but Kerrl's headbutts drown them out.

"Now you see what a real son of Tuchanka does, vermin!"

Kerrl starts shooting in the general direction of the pirates, trying to give Max and Wellington some covering fire.

-Max smiles as the pirate in front of him falls, he rolls over to a flanking positions, and pulls of an Incinerate , 3 pirates protecting the airlock burst into flames screaming-

"GET OFF MY SHIP!"

Wellington begins to creep forward, stopping for a moment to deal with his Thermal Clip, and then resuming his near-endless firing.

"THIS SHIP DOESN'T NEED YOU! YOU GO NOW!"

Vittoria kept firing with her Paladin, giving covering fire to her advancing teammates.

-All of the Boarding party is dead, Max smiles, he gets on the comms to listen to engineering-

"Engineering says that we can get or engines on and out of the ship's range in five minutes...be prepared for anything"

Kerrl looks around him. He smiles for a few seconds as he sees that all of the pirates are dead, but it melts away when he realizes that it isn't over.

"Aye aye, Max. I'll be here if anything comes up."

Mister Wellington shoots one last time at the bodies and stops, he straightens his back as much as a Vorcha can, and his face takes on... an almost serene look.

"I understanding."

Rennor smiles, stepping out of cover and putting away his shotgun.

"Nice shooting, guys. Any luck, we're getting out of this in one piece."

Mister Wellington looks at Rennor, and, even though he stared blankly for a good three seconds, came up with a response.

"You had good... machine."

You can see the desperation to come of as a gentleman on his face.

Kerrl puts his shotgun on his back and stretches his back. He walks over to Wellington, deep laughing come from behind his helmet.

"Your shooting is not too shabby either, Wellington."
