Alderoth can be seen roaming around the Centrico Plaza.

The Maximoff twins arrive in Centrico Plaza and approach Alderoth.

"Sorry we had to cut our last meeting short, Alderoth," Wanda says, planting a kiss on Alderoth's cheek.

"Hopefully, that won't happen this time," Pietro remarks.

Alderoth turns red once more from Wanda's kiss, but looks at them again.

"Right..."

A Twinkle in the Sky suddenly appears...

"Whee~!"

...and that sounds like someone's about to fall on top of Pietro.

Pietro looks up. "Oh, hey, Ze-" is all he can get out before Zeta tacklehugs him to the ground.

Wanda chuckles at the sight of Zeta glomping her brother like that. "Oh, god, that's hilarious!" she says to Alderoth.

Zeta jumps away from Pietro, and promptly bows to them excitedly.

"Hey, Alderoth~! I got your message! What do you want to talk about?"

Zeta smiles brightly, while Alderoth just blinks, shocked.

"Ah... umm...."

He trails off again.

Pietro gets up and approaches Zeta. "So, Zeta, did you ever talk to the scientists about, well... that whole romance thing?" he asks her.

Wanda giggles at Pietro asking Zeta that question, then turns to Alderoth. "Don't be shy, sweetie, tell Zeta what you wanted to talk about," she says to the Summoner.

Zeta starts to pinch Pietro's cheeks.

"Yep~! It'll be quite a while since there's a lot of codings, but it'll happen!"

She then turns to Alderoth.

"Well~?"

Alderoth sighs.

"This is about the Metatron."

Zeta blinks, despite herself.

"Ehh~?"

"Well... I've just found out something..."

"Oh, that's good to hear," Pietro says to Zeta as she pinches his cheeks. "And after it's finished, you wouldn't mind starting a relationship with me... would you?"

"Oh my god, you two are adorable," Wanda says to her brother and Zeta. Then she turns to Alderoth and says "Well, go ahead, tell her what you found out."

Zeta shrugs at Pietro.

"Ehh~ sure~!"

Alderoth, meanwhile, lets out a sigh.

"I... need you to upgrade the cybernetics."

Zeta blinks, again.

"Why~? We're nearly finished with finding a way to remove Metatron easily, especially since our boss just got a good sample of it~"

"I... you need to... or it'll overtake me..."

He trails off, and looks down, unable to speak anymore.

Zeta looks at Wanda and Pietro.

"What is he talking about~?"

Pietro sighs. "Thank you, Zeta," he says, smiling at the girl. "I honestly didn't know what your answer would be."

"Hathor altered his body," Wanda says to Zeta. "Which I'm guessing is why Alderoth is worried that the Metatron will overtake him. Hope your boss finishes with that Metatron-removing device soon." She turns to Alderoth. "You know the details better than me or Pietro, sweetie. You should tell Zeta the whole story."

Alderoth looks at Wanda.

"I can't... remove that Metatron now... It'll kill me."

Zeta looks at Alderoth, confused.

"Ehh~? You weren't born from it, like Alpha, you know~ Metatron isn't your lifeblood..."

The Summoner lets out a sigh.

"...That's what Hathor just changed. Right now, it serves as a way for me to survive. Without it, I'll be dead..."

His eyes darken in uncharacteristic fury, and his voice turns as cold as ice.

"And I'll kill Hathor for what she did to ruin my life."

"And I'll be right by your side to help you kill that walking scrapheap and even purge Metatron from this place if need be," Wanda says to Alderoth, somewhat take aback by how angry the Summoner had just gotten. "She may just be- no, she is even worse than Ultron."

"Well, this got dark quickly," Pietro says to Zeta. "Do you have a way to fix the modifications that Hathor made to Alderoth's body?"

Zeta looks at Pietro.

"That's... out of our league. This is another thing... and it is very likely this difference is genetic."

She then turns to Alderoth, who... looks calm, although the darkness in his eyes says otherwise.

"She... ruined everything in my life. And she'll pay for it."

He looks up, his eyes turning grey as his fury becomes apparent.

"As soon as we meet again, I won't hesitate to rip her head off."

He's showing shades of Epsilon's dark persona now.

"And after we scrap that bitch, we'll see if we can't rid the Arena of Metatron for good," Wanda says to Alderoth. "So far, it's done nothing but bring pain to the both of us."

"Sorry if Alderoth and Wanda are starting to scare you," Pietro says to Zeta. "I get the feeling that the both of them are sick of all the problems that Metatron has caused them at this point."

Zeta looks at them both.

"What about Alpha, Omega, me, and yourself, Alderoth? We all use Metatron... and in the case of you three, you need it to survive..."

Alderoth turns to Zeta, his eyes still eerily grey.

"Those that plan to spread that plague... will be killed."

He turns to Wanda, his voice now reminiscent of Epsilon's, which may somehow unnerve her.

"And it'll begin with Hathor."

"Look, Alderoth, while I'm all for killing Hathor," Wanda says to Alderoth, now getting slightly freaked out as she lays a hand on the Summoner's shoulder. "But we shouldn't kill Alpha, Omega, and Zeta. They're not evil like Hathor or her toadies. And now you're really starting to sound like Epsilon, which I thought you wanted to avoid."

Pietro steps in front of Zeta. "If you're planning on killing Zeta," he says to Alderoth. "You'll have to fight me as well."

Alderoth looks at Wanda, and his unnatural fury begins to worsen, and his voice is now almost exactly like Epsilon's.

"I'll stop the spread of this plague by wiping out all those who plan to follow it's sick Will... including them."

Zeta, meanwhile, runs towards Alderoth and grabs his arm before he can do anything else.

"Alderoth, stop it! You're being influenced by the Metatron, and even though you sound like you're against it, you're listening to its Will right now!"

Her voice rises up to a shrill yell as Alderoth turns towards her.

"Snap out of it!"

Alderoth's eyes then return to their normal color, and he blinks, before he pulls away and backs off from everyone, paling significantly from his outburst.

"I... I'm sorry... I didn't know..."

"Have we calmed down now?" Pietro snarks at Alderoth.

"Pietro!" Wanda snaps at her brother, causing him to flinch. "Now's not the time to make jokes." Then she walks over to Alderoth and lays a hand on his shoulder. "It's alright, Alderoth. I'm here to help."

Alderoth looks at Wanda, and then at Zeta.

"You need to upgrade the filters and limiters right now..."

Zeta looks at them all.

"Alright..."

"Do you want us to leave you two be?" Wanda asks Alderoth and Zeta.

"Or would it be better if we were there to watch?" Pietro asks.
