I don't know if this has already been posted yet, but I learned that several times in real life, several real Schenectady cops were arrested for tampering with and/or stealing evidence:

I live in the Schenectady area and several cops told me that 10-12 years ago, things were very different in terms of how things worked. Corruption was a bigger problem back then.

It just shows how the creators of the film really did show their work. Even the police cars look real. The older colouration, white with orange and blue stripes, from the 1st part of the movie was used by the PD until at least 2010. Then they switched to a Black and White colouration, similar to the town of Rotterdam, which is located in the same county.

Anyway, your thoughts on the movie? I thought it was pretty good. That plot shift in the middle was very unexpected. I'd give it a 8/10.
