Well, they have to compensate for the absurdly high insurance premiums somehow.

You don't have to be mad here, but it sure does help.
Blind Final Fantasy 6 Let's PlayWELCOME TO THE HERD, NEWGUY
i think i mostly want to see what happens when this whole place breaks apartYeah, between location, being a rather middle of nowhere town, and just bi-weekly disasters. Don't see a lot of demand for houses in that town.
[Insert were all quite mad here pic] ATM, I have no idea how to post pictures. Also, story, did you ever post the old thread? I got to page 157 of this thread in backreading, but you never mentioned if you posted it.
Edit: Edit Edit:Ha, I did it!

"Moody Stops Bicycle Theft, Takes No Prisoners"- Harry Potter and the Natural 20Hello, wereael! Nice to meet you, welcome to the thread.

Hey, welcome to the thread new guy.
Now would be an excellent time to buy up some property in and around Ponyville. I get the feeling its about to become the center of Twilight's - I don't know, kingdom? Fiefdom? Whatever, the point is, that sort of thing will probably increase the property value quite a bit.
That's what I think so too.
The way I see it, Canterlot is really expensive because it's the capital and space is highly constrainted by the mountain side location. So a lot of the workers live in places like Ponyville and commute by train to Canterlot. (Which would explain Hayseed, though I highly doubt the writers actually thought this through and it's probably not canon)
Also on second thought, this might have been a better reaction image
Blind Final Fantasy 6 Let's Play
Hey guys, just a bit of rest because today I want to see a broadway musical up in London at the Apollo theatre.
"Transform and Roll out!" Optimus PrimeStill wish Charity and Rarity would get some art together, they seemed fairly cute in the book.
Lucky!
Maud is still the best newcomer in season 4.
No arguments here, she rocks my world.
Maud is best new pony.
I emailed it to some people who asked. I never posted it anywhere though as far as I can recall.
Or just save the urls for your favorite reaction images like I do. The main repository is way, way too big to navigate.
Isn't Charity just the Real-Person Fic version of Rarity? Or is there some other Charity?
Anyway, I just overhead someone talking on the phone in German. After he was done I tried talking to him in German but he immediately switched to English. And people wonder why Americans don't bother trying to learn languages.
Blind Final Fantasy 6 Let's PlayI see we have another newcomer in our midst.
"Transform and Roll out!" Optimus PrimeAlso got post 65856. Where's the palindrome guy when you need him? @Dark:
"Moody Stops Bicycle Theft, Takes No Prisoners"- Harry Potter and the Natural 20We don't take wordplay for granite around here.
This "faculty lot" you speak of sounds like a place of great power...we do have some rock solid puns from time to time.
All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not.@Story. Charity's in the Rarity book. Looks mostly like her, but with mint green mane and a filly, and 3 heart gems as a cutie mark.
Rarity took her on as a temporary fashion mentor and she's got a bit of a tomboyish streak.
@puns. I was going to say that rocked, but garnet, all the talc of minerals is micaing me jaded. The basalt of lime puns is eroding my apatite, it's quite the corundum.
I can only marble, petrified at the vanes of unpolished effort I mine.
Gneiss to take a crack at it though. Of quartz, it needs a little refining before it crystalizes.

Speaking of Maud, some mad genius has gone and made what are perhaps the ultimate plushies.
On the other hand, my latest piece of pony art seems to be sucking up the downvotes, and I'm not sure why. If anyone would care to take a look and help me understand why, I'd appreciate it. Warning: humanized Appledash in their underwear. Nothing explicit, but Not Recommended For Work.
What matters in this life is much more than winning for ourselves. What really matters is helping others win, too. - F. Rogers.@Wryte: I'm no artist, but it might be that AJ looks a bit mannish. And her face is a bit odd in a way I can't put my finger on.
