Yeah, between location, being a rather middle of nowhere town, and just bi-weekly disasters. Don't see a lot of demand for houses in that town.

Now would be an excellent time to buy up some property in and around Ponyville. I get the feeling its about to become the center of Twilight's - I don't know, kingdom? Fiefdom? Whatever, the point is, that sort of thing will probably increase the property value quite a bit.

That's what I think so too.

The way I see it, Canterlot is really expensive because it's the capital and space is highly constrainted by the mountain side location. So a lot of the workers live in places like Ponyville and commute by train to Canterlot. (Which would explain Hayseed, though I highly doubt the writers actually thought this through and it's probably not canon)

@Story. Charity's in the Rarity book. Looks mostly like her, but with mint green mane and a filly, and 3 heart gems as a cutie mark.

Rarity took her on as a temporary fashion mentor and she's got a bit of a tomboyish streak.

@puns. I was going to say that rocked, but garnet, all the talc of minerals is micaing me jaded. The basalt of lime puns is eroding my apatite, it's quite the corundum.

I can only marble, petrified at the vanes of unpolished effort I mine.

Gneiss to take a crack at it though. Of quartz, it needs a little refining before it crystalizes.

Speaking of Maud, some mad genius has gone and made what are perhaps the ultimate plushies.

On the other hand, my latest piece of pony art seems to be sucking up the downvotes, and I'm not sure why. If anyone would care to take a look and help me understand why, I'd appreciate it. Warning: humanized Appledash in their underwear. Nothing explicit, but Not Recommended For Work.

@Wryte: I'm no artist, but it might be that AJ looks a bit mannish. And her face is a bit odd in a way I can't put my finger on.
