I saw this a while back. It was occasionally puerile, but I didn't think it was worse than the average Italian cannibal films that inspired it. I was kind of shocked that they got away with an R rating. Lots of blood and gore.

Eli Roth's latest is a cannibal movie that was just picked up for wide release and a sequel, Beyond the Green Inferno is already in pre-production.
Will this do for cannibalism what Hostel did for xenophobic-feeling movies where people are graphically maimed?
