Cloud Devil, a decendant of the Yellow Devil who becomes a damaging cloud that can phase through your attacks and still deliver contact damage.
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls!I mean, how would that be all that different than how the Yellow Devil traditionally works, where it can deflect all your attacks as it does collision damage while moving?
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster. Now that I think of it...that would be broken. Beck doesn't have a double jump and he can't absorb 'living' Xel. Put the Cloud Devil in a cramped boss room and he phrases into a damaging cloud....
The only way I would see it fair if the Devil's core is still visible to hit or he has his size fair like the tutorial city boss.
(Yellow Devil from Powered-Up Megaman memories in full force)
Yellow Demon which can turn into copy Beck.
Mileena MadnessHuh. So Ray IS Mighty No. 0. First sentence in Ray's section on Inafune's interview here. Said line translates to "This is Mighty No. 0".
Now it's pretty scary to think about that computer being covered with Beck's schematics in her stage art. A prototype watching over their superior version...something horribly wrong is going to happen.
So that was revealed, does that mean changing is needed on Ray's character sheet? Asking this because this was only revealed in an Playstation interview event and nowhere else, even though Inafune did confirm it himself...

She does have the color scheme of Zero
Non Indicative UsernameI seem to remember an edit war over whether Ray was Mighty No. 0 or not XD

The Protomen enhanced my life.Yep, rather not make another edit war over it despite Inafune confirming it in a event. Wait for the game to come out then make the changes?
English Twitter says no but Inafune and Japanese Twitter says yes, Ray is Mighty No. 0. Either English Twitter made a (translation?) mistake or this is like that "Megaman doesn't know he has a brother in Japan but knows Protoman in English releases" thing but in reverse.

Ray is a Mighty Number designed to harness Getter energy, and it makes her unstable.
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls!Gotta say, Ray is pretty awesome. It was obvious she was going to be the Proto Man equivalent, at least in a Break Man kind of way. That really cements it.
At this point you can no longer tell when someone is joking about it or being serious.
Welp, guess I can claim my Wii U copy.
annnd people are now giving up just because of the server overload and they rushing the team to fix it.
It's...getting funny and sad to watch the fandom's antics over this.

Well what do you expect?
The game is taking forever, and the fandom is already pissed about it.
Of course something else happening is gonna make them think the worst. When you mess up a lot, people tend to think the worst of you automatically.
One Strip! One Strip!Still don't understand why blame the team if it's their own user base that the server overloaded. The MN 9 didn't cause it and they're not behind the server, but rather the fandom did it and blamed the problem on someone else instead.
I'm aware of what the team caused before. I'm just on the fence, watching both sides. I did preorder the game for the Wii U.
They got the game gold, everything is finally working on their end, the people behind it finally get their well-deserved rest, but when something that is not in their control goes wrong-all hell breaks loose.
They seriously can't do anything about it except wait for the servers to go back up again and they get blamed for that. And I feel bad for the heavy stress the team must be getting.
Really sad at how the fandom is just covering up their own end. Think it would clear up somewhat when the game releases?

It is unfair, but I'm assuming a lot of people don't realize that this time, it's the fans that caused it, so their first instinct is to assume the team messed up again somehow. Because when people screw up a lot, they tend to get blamed when something goes wrong.
Is it fair? No, but that's how it is.
One Strip! One Strip!Well, that's true.
Here's hoping it would clear up somewhat when the game releases.
I'm not really excited about the game, but I do think the Ray DLC stuff looks the most interesting/horrifying. I think it's more interesting than the main game XD
The Protomen enhanced my life.Should've just released the game in June (2015!) and patched in the multiplayer later?

My DA account... I draw stuff sometimes!"In an interview, producer Nick Yu expressed apologies for the last delay, saying they were due to the multiplayer mode being still in development, while the solo campaign was already "100% done". Explaining why they didn't choose separate releases for the solo campaign and the multiplayer, Yu argued that it would necessitate two approvals and quality controls, which they simply couldn't afford."
What's the difference between that and the final copy?

The Protomen enhanced my life. So, the level design...I can't watch because my laptop throws a fit if i try to watch videos. Please tell me if Brandish's is good.

Beta build has bugs yet to be fixed, unfinished attacks for some bosses, some enemies didn't have their hitboxes coded in yet, and from what I heard, Trinity is missing one attack.
For Ray, She wasn't fully done by that build if she was missing some attacks and her in-game model is almost finished. Probably just finished coding the basics down and testing before doing the complex stuff down.
All this was fixed in the final release. Ray is going to have her script changed too in the final.
For Brandish stage, it's fair. It prevents you from abusing the dash because there is a few insta-kills. For Brandish himself...He's like his Mighty Gunvolt but watered down a bit; still speedy as hell, reflects your bullets while chasing you down, homing attacks, and brutal damage.
Only thing that differences from MN 9 and M.Gunvolt versions is that M.Gunvolt chases you and shows no mercy (In fact, many people couldn't beat him due to his difficulty), and MN 9 Brandish gives you breathing room.

Maybe the final boss will have a phasing power.
