Height.

I hate being a 5'3 guy. I'm worried that people will think I'm unmanly because men are SUPPOSED to be taller than women, so they can protect women from harm.

How old are you? Around the time I turned 18 I finally hit a big groth spurt and am now 5' 11''

This is the third time you bring this up and by now I think that the problem isn't your height, but your insistence of focusing and angsting about a superficial aspect of your being as a man. That is no different from vanity.

So suck it up, believe in yourself and push through with whatever positive quality uou posess. Even a midget deserves and can gaze upon the heaven, if only there are fire in his eyes.

Being short means that you have less reach but a lower center of gravity, meaning that you're more difficult to knock over.

If you're really worried about being able to "protect women," the best thing you can do is work out. I'd feel a lot safer with a former gymnast as a bodyguard than some random tall schmuck.

So beyond complaining about something that you can't change, what exactly is the point of this thread? There is not much any one can say here that would be helpful and a trained professional would be a better choice.
