Honestly, a little downfall wouldn't be the worst thing that could happen to Activision. Bobby Fecesfucker has leeched off the company for long enough; personally I think it's about time he gets the proverbial razor blade to his greedy throat.

Fear the cinnamon sugar swirl. By the Gods, fear it, Laurence.
You know its the devs who will be hurt by this. Right?
You also have to remember that Activision and Blizzard are sister companies under the same label.
And what said.
"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."
at worst Bobby kotick will get a lovely 200-300 million dollar golden parachute when he leaves the company.
so yeah. Your dream will never come true. CE Os never face their comeuppance.
It's the sad lesson I learned from my last job: no matter how hard you work or how successful you become, you will be destroyed by the thief above you when it's profitable.
Thats pretty much business in a nutshell.
what people think: if I work hard I can eventually be successful. what actually happens: if I work hard, the guys up top will take the credit and money caused by my hard work and claim the success for themselves.

One would think that with all of Activison Blizzard’s success with titles such as Call of Duty and World of Warcraft, their largest share holder would be pleased; however, that does not seem to be the case. Vivendi has been trying to sell their portion of the shares (61%) even though they have been their second best “unit.” Vivendi even made sure they had an executive on the Activision Blizzard board of directors (placed last year). Activision Blizzard has been suffering from some “slippage” in the market over the past year (by approximately 28%).
Vivendi is a French corporation that holds shares in industries such as oil, music, and video games. They have said that they want to cut out its exposure with telecoms and focus mainly on media businesses. With that being said they still want to sell off their Activision Blizzard shares, and it’s looking like no one is in the position to purchase it.
Considering this is a rumor, I'm not taking too much stock in it, but if it is, it doesn't look too good for Activision and Blizzard.
