Spoiler Cleanup

I suppose it's both obvious and tough - spoilers are overused. Some Examples are just one chunk of a spoiler tag, others are frantically interspersed with spoilers, and others aren't really spoilers at all because the movie is like, twenty years or more old.

I could use a little help here, to decide when Spoilered examples aren't worth keeping. Or maybe this sort of thing isn't a problem at all, but in my opinion, there really are too many of these tags around.
