Personally, I'd rather have something that reads like an actual SOS's sales pitch rather than a snarky comment about the situation in general.

I was phrasing it, at least in my mind, as a SOS responding to someone asking if his product works. That it can be doubly interpreted as a snarky comment makes it all the better to me.

Perhaps: "Why, it's all natural. And organic too! So, of course it's bound to be good for you!"
