Robot Carnival was an anime anthology that was shown on the science fiction channel in the early 90's. The shorts tend to be based on sound and animation more than plot, Fantasia style. Sadly, it was not released on dvd, but you can find the episodes around the internet if you look hard, and some people have it recorded on tape.
The animation work in a lot of the shorts is gorgeous. This is my personal favorite, Nightmare.
Anyone else heard about this movie?
