I heard it should get anime. I looking forward to it.
Like a miniaturized Phineas and Ferb thing.
I once did something like that as I wanted to demonstrate how the game related to the class we were taking. Teacher waited until I had it all set up before sweeping it off my desk.
I have to admit, the story telling is pretty fun
I think it doesn't quite work at the pace the anime is at. It seems a little dragged out, or something. I'm not sure. The manga works much better in terms of pacing. Possibly because you can read at your own pace, rather than be forced to follow the narrative at the animation's speed.
Check out my fanfiction! This episode was brought to you by Seki-Kun Productions.
This week: The greatest military tale never told!
Seki-kun never fails to make me laugh. Each game is so imaginative.
I always wondered what happened when Calvin went to middle school. Now I know.
Who'd have thought that shogi could be that much fun. And emotional.
Watched the anime.
Read the entirety of the manga afterwards.
I'm hooked, send help!
Fantastic Supreme Überkaiser Emperor Folt of The Infinity and Beyond" ... "The First"!Episode 2: Pretty obvious what the shogi game was going to become and then suddenly trap doors holy crap how did he make those.
The OAD was marvelous. Because it's Kana Hana fawning over kitties.
Episode 3: In which Seki-kun polishs things and Yokoi goes super-sayian.
Wouldn't that mean golden hair?
Check out my fanfiction!full anime OP and ED are out, and they are just as awesome.
The full ED has drumming overdose and not enough vocals. Although I'd like to see Seki play out the full ED with his makeshift drumset.
Episode 4: I certainly wasn't expecting that.
So I've decided that the OP for Tonari No Seki Kun is the most pertinent Ear Worm by Kana Hanazawa, even moreso then "Renai Circulation".
Yamate~
New Epizode out: Enter Uzawa the Terrible!
Nobody wins when Uzawa shows up.
I love it. If only I could find the lyrics, preferably with translation...
Ooh. Conflict. An arch-enemy.
And I love to see how Seki handles himself away from his usual desk.
I think building a seal out of an eraser is a bad idea though.
"Nullius addictus iurare in verba magistri, quo me cumque rapit tempestas, deferor hospes.""There's nothing in there to kill time with." One of them has less imagination than someone else.
Check out my fanfiction!Oh yeah that guy lacked some creativity. Even when he found the ink pad he couldn't think of anything interesting to do with it. Or he got bored right away after so he must have some strange variation of ADD.
"Nullius addictus iurare in verba magistri, quo me cumque rapit tempestas, deferor hospes."Eh, they introduced Uzawa already? That's how many chapters they skipped...? Well, I guess in a anime like this the order doesn't really matter anyway.
inb4 they introduce Gotou next episode.
Looks like Uzawa's one of Seki's main weaknesses.
Because he's a ky.
Give the God Eater game thread some love!
Seki kun sits next to our heroine in class. He is constantly playing elaborate games during class, yet the teacher never seems to catch him. Our heroine tries to pay attention to class, but often gets dragged into his games. Then she's the one who gets into trouble.
It's actually quite funny.
Especially now with the misunderstanding about what Seki and Yokoi are actually doing with each other.
