The only mission our duo slowed down in was the Interception; we were so busy scanning literally every enemy that our own presence was spotty in the objectives. We actually nearly failed by like 1%, with both bars being at 99%. All criticism is fair for the Tactical Alert, but we definitely had an exciting time by the end of the first round. Second round was more controlled, so less worries. I had also started spamming my Shadows as Nekros.
We did all missions on the first try, so the rewards are plenty acceptable to me.
Of course, I would've taken way, way more Endo if the game had let us. We had to settle down for 800 Endo, since we literally had no choice in the matter.
I can always look at my Ayatan collection that I will turn in at some point. The sheer thought of all that Endo! It is keeping me up in feverish half-dreams! I must have 10K Endo piled up waiting for me to convert.
The Tac Alert was boring, TBH. And since they fucked up the droptables, I actually failed the Endurance mission a couple times due to LS running out.
The voice of thy brother's blood crieth unto me from the ground20 minutes and what do you get? Nothing!
Inter arma enim silent legesWell, you get a couple of 3000 Credit Caches, but they might as well be nothing, considering you get more Credits from the mission reward.
The voice of thy brother's blood crieth unto me from the groundThe endurance run isn't really intuitive, you only get rewards past 20 minutes, and it isn't even shown in mission.
I think the biggest reason bother is that the Rift Sigil drops there, and most people didn't get it when it was first available.
It has a 0.25% dropchance or something similar. Not worth it in my opinion.
The voice of thy brother's blood crieth unto me from the groundI wouldn't say it's worth either. That time could be better spent acquiring Endo.
I mean, I have the sigil and I don't use it that much, I don't really get how people would work so hard for it.
Cosmetics makes people crazy.
So because the Tigris and Galatine are two of my favorite weapons in this game, I was super tempted to waste some money on getting the prime access pack for their prime versions. Then I saw the price. 50 bucks. 50 god damn dollars. Almost the price of a brand new entire game, for two ingame weapons.
...What the hell.
Needless to say, I'm going to be obtaining them the hard way, because screw that. I hated shelling out 40 bucks buying Overwatch. I'm not paying 50 bucks for Tigris and Galtine Prime as much as I may like their base versions.
Click Click Boom BoomI think it is just easier to get the plat with discount and then wait a week or two for the prices to drop on the market than it is to buy directly from prime access.
Inter arma enim silent legesAs it happens, the weapons are packaged with platinum equivalent to the other 50 bucks platinum bundle. It's still jacked, but it's not 50 bucks just for weapons. I still question the pricing ("Original value of 104" how...) but it's about on par with the other plat bundle.
Tigris and Galatine have both been out for a while now (50 days I think) so the price shouldn't be too crazy.
In unrelated news, I finally acquired the Scimitar fuselage from the Grustrag Three. I actually got 4 of them with Nekros Prime, so it's a shame I can't trade those.
Gone are the days where I am limited to one landing craft like some vulgar proletariat.
Ha! Even I managed to get the Scimitar months ago. You're slipping, Marc.
but HOW?I can't help it, my Tigris' are terrifying the G3 :(
Even today they managed to show up when I accidentally took my hardcore Nekros build instead of my leisure Master Thief build. That's a special brand of stupid or unlucky.
I can't recall ever having such a one-sided fight in recent memory. Poor sods.
I got something similar when I was using Bone Daddy and Zanuka showed for me up last week.
It took a Rakta Cernos arrow to the face before I realized it was there, however I only got another 2 Detron Barrels to make company to the other 3 barrels on my inventory.
Inter arma enim silent legesZanuka came after me yesterday, and I actually had to kite it around so I didn't kill it too fast for the rest of the squad to show up.
but HOW?@Marc. fun fact, you CAN trade ship part B Ps.
piggy ganon, piggy ganon, does whatever a piggy cannot...Let's all be salty about TWW's release date being pushed back again! (Misery loves company and that.)
The voice of thy brother's blood crieth unto me from the groundMeh, I haven't been waiting for it since end of July.
Uh, good to know. Guess I may get to make a few plat.
I'm with Prany on that one.
TWW never really hyped up in my mind.
cus that update is actually decent and that pun is hillariously corny

piggy ganon, piggy ganon, does whatever a piggy cannot...Well, I for one, no longer have the need to get a Carrier Prime anymore.
Inter arma enim silent legesThere's always mastery.
but HOW?That is, unless you want Carrier's new Ammo precept.
As far as I'm concerned, the new update is cute but doesn't really affect me in any way.
I can't believe they actually called it Vacuum Within tho. It's completely mental!
Ugh, puns. I've summoned wrath of mods already twice because of my reaction to overly long punfests. That's the main reason why I dropped RWBY thread... well, that and overabundance of rape jokes.
That said I don't see what's so mental about a pun in a title of an update.
I didn't have any problems but even with a Loki using Hushed Invisibility, I got killed a couple of times because someone was standing next to me when a bombard or reaver shot their Ao E weapons.
The survival mission wasn't hard either but waiting 20 minutes to get a crap reward and another sigil didn't really make me want to pay on the alert that much.
