TB has brought back The Mailbox! Topics include the "genre" of "Pewdie Bait" games and their possible effect on the industry, whether TB feels bad about giving a bad/horrible review for a game (especially if it's from an indie dev and the criticism is against a couple of people), and the whole thing about games with some, but not all, elements from roguelikes still being called roguelikes (thus arguably misusing the term on games with only a vague resemblance to Rogue).
I heard TB wasn't going to do a WTF on Dark Souls II due to wanting to avoid the fan backlash.
That and he only seldomly makes WTF on AAA games since they are so widely covered.
Well fuck...

“And the Bunny nails it!” ~ Gabrael “If the UN can get through a day without everyone strangling everyone else so can we.” ~ CyranSounds pretty bad. Good thing it was spotted as early as it did, otherwise I would have lost hope for him. I also totally understand why he had to say what he said about himself.
Hope he gets better soon.
According to his twitter it's developed into full blown cancer and he'll be going to chemo, and will have surgery.
That is terrible. But follow up tweets indicate it is not that bad. Probably curable. This reddit thread seems to be archiving the whole story. I really hope he gets better.
Totalbiscut seems to be taking the whole cancer thing remarkably well, all things considered.
Anyway, I recently found this.
Oh god that song's never gonna leave my head for the next two decades of my life. @_@
but HOW?TB has a few things to say about the framerate debate. Or as he calls it, the Non-Debate.

TB on Ubisoft's latest blunder. You know the one.
Ah yes, that one.
Today, TB has posted 2 videos: a Salesbox video covering today's Steam Daily Deals of the Summer Sale, and another video talking about Fez creator Phil Fish's recent statement where he claims that game developers are entitled to royalties from Youtubers.
TB posts a status update on his current medical state:
... who?
Just a woman who decided to make an interactive fiction game about someone going through depression, and this combined with various allegations has led to some controversies.
TB does the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge:
TB so far is the one of the only reasonable people of note to say anything about this whole mess.

Both sides accuse him of Golden Mean Fallacy.
The Fallacy Fallacy is also a thing, you know.
I think what he's trying to get at is that the biggest mistake people make is in implying that the complaints about game journalism integrity are necessarily mutually exclusive to the complaints about harassment, which is something I can agree on.
TB's operation was a great success, according to his Twitter account. 100% of the cancer that the doc knew of was removed, and chemo should crush any resistance.
Lampshade Hanging: It's a lifestyle.inb4 people wish more cancer on him for supporting gamergate. Who's harassing who now?
"Monsters are tragic beings. They are born too tall, too strong, too heavy. They are not evil by choice. That is their tragedy."
Makes me almost feel bad for the Guise of the Wolf folks. I mean, at least they had ambitions. They were trying to make something unique and failed due to incompetence. These folks fuck up ripping off one of the simplest Tower Defense game out there.
