A new cartoon by Ryan Quincy who previously worked on South Park.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Out_There_%282013_TV_series%29

"Out There chronicles the coming-of-age misadventures of socially awkward Chad, his little brother Jay, and his best friend Chris. Living in the small town of Holford, the boys wander its surreal, bleak landscape waiting out their last few years of adolescence. Along the way, viewers meet Chad's conservative parents, Wayne and Rose, as well as Chris's single mother, Joanie, and her disastrous boyfriend, Terry. They also meet the object of Chad's affection, Sharla."

Has anyone watched that? What do you think?

Just a person. He/him.

Grr. Why do people use "recently" in Wikipedia articles? Or TV Tropes ones for that matter? And why do they leave up the "This article does not have any references or sources" tag even after they've added a reference?

I was convinced to watch this show because of an advertisement I saw in the subway. A cute character was talking about how the world was going to end. End of the world stuff isn't really my thing, and cute characters aren't either, but as long as it doesn't go in the direction of Happy Tree Friends, it sounds like the combination could be potentially good.

Unfortunately, the world is never in danger, and the characters aren't that cute.

My opinions for this show are undecided.

I've seen a few episodes.

There's really nothing original going on with it, and the animation is pretty basic, but, for some reason, I still liked it. They seem to be doing a good job with their Continuity Nods.

Out There is one of the best shows on TV. It deserves it's own Trope page.

I am The Brawler AKA Chris, Man of Destiny AKA The Mighty Chris AKA The Chuck Norris of the Internet AKA The Red White & Blue Baron!

[up][up] Was the show REALLY that good - if so... Oh, man.

And the disease Simpsons, Family Guy, and South P Ark wrought upon true creativity and effort in Western animation, continues. BASTARDS!

Even if I had different face, I AM STILL DISGRACED.
